How much is delivery?
Inside Dhaka city BDT 80, Dhaka suburbs BDT 100, outside Dhaka BDT 130. The exact charge appears when you choose your district.
How do I pay?
Cash on Delivery inside Dhaka city. For Dhaka suburbs and outside Dhaka, send the advance via bKash (Send Money) and enter the Transaction ID at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 3–5 days outside Dhaka.
Will the colour fade?
Our stainless steel pieces are colour guaranteed for 6–12 months with normal use. Keep them away from perfume and alcohol for a longer shine.
Can I return a product?
Please open and check your jewellery in front of the delivery person. If there is any problem, return it right then — once the delivery is accepted, returns or exchanges are not possible.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes — call or WhatsApp us before the parcel is dispatched.
