Orders
Every order is confirmed by a call or message before dispatch. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm or that looks incorrect.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Cash on Delivery is available inside Dhaka city. For Dhaka suburbs and outside Dhaka, advance payment via bKash is required before dispatch.
Delivery
Delivery charge depends on your district and is shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during holidays or bad weather.
Product colour & photos
We photograph every piece carefully, but colours may look slightly different on different screens.
Returns
Please open and check your jewellery in front of the delivery person. If there is any problem, return it right then — once the delivery is accepted, returns or exchanges are not possible.
