Inside Dhaka city: 1–2 days (BDT 80, Cash on Delivery).
Dhaka suburbs: 2–3 days (BDT 100, advance via bKash).
Outside Dhaka: 3–5 days (BDT 130, advance via bKash).

Return & Exchange
Open and check your parcel in front of the delivery person — correct design, colour, size, quantity and no damage.
Wrong, damaged or defective? Return it to the delivery person right then.
Once the parcel is accepted and paid for, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.
A clear unboxing video is required for any exchange claim.
Colour Guarantee: 6–12 months on selected stainless steel pieces with normal use — report any colour issue within 7 days.
